Our team developed an internal custom online HR management system, making the personnel management a painless and less tiresome task. Each employee was given a certain number of sick leaves and vacations; the information of his performance management (time and result) was also entered. Having those figures, it became painless to calculate the working balance of each employee, seeing whether he or she is effective or not. In addition, there was a module integrated with the access card that could track how many hours each team member actually spent at the workplace. System also allowed team members to send requests and approve vacations at a glance without any paperwork.
