We are currently looking for a Head of Sales. Our goal is to build world-class products, elevate the product strategy and execution support we deliver to our clients.

We are looking for a Head of Sales, a strong leader who is a good co-operator, persuader and is independent in decision making and solving problems. A perfect candidate is the one who understands internals working in the Sales department - from top to bottom and inside out, a person who can establish plans and be the one who is directly responsible for Sales department growth, assisting them to reach their full potential.

Hard skills
- At least 5 years of working experience in IT sales positions in international companies, preferably working in the position of a Senior Sales Manager
- Advanced level of English both oral and written
- Ability to carry out the entire sales cycle - cold calls, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and close deals
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of sales principles and business functions such as marketing, finance, etc
- Customer-first mentality - ability to put customer success at the center of every deal, belief in bringing on only good-fit customers that match our ideal customer profile
- A proven track record in strategic leadership within Sales & Marketing

- You will be the one who defines, articulates and implements the company's strategy for selling services to expand the Acropolium Sales Department customer base
- Managing the Sales department - helping them identify and convert new business opportunities and leads by mentoring, supporting and appraising
- Develop targets for the Sales department and be responsible for the department’s overall performance against them
- Presenting and demonstrating our solutions and services to new and existing clients, building relationships with key stakeholders across target organizations
- Monitor and observe the company’s brand, make forecasts to constantly keep the business ahead of other players and identify new trends to offer the business a competitive advantage
- Attend networking events and community events, contact prospective customers and do market research to generate leads
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
