We designed a cloud-native SaaS architecture on AWS, employing containerization for modular deployment across properties. A centralized database cluster replaced disparate local servers, allowing instant data synchronization and unified analytics.
The AI concierge was built using natural language processing models that understand and respond to guest queries in English, Italian, and other key languages. For real-time staff coordination, we developed a responsive web interface accessible on tablets and smartphones, streamlining check-ins and room assignments.
