Introducing AI in Transportation Management for Automation & Efficiency
The legacy transportation system relied on fixed routes that didn't adjust to traffic or delivery constraints, extending transit times. Rising fuel prices highlighted the inefficiencies of poor route planning and prolonged idling. Dispatchers spent hours assembling schedules manually, increasing the chance of errors and missed stops.

The development of the AI-powered TMS began with a full audit of dispatch workflows, routing logic, and telematics data streams to spot inefficiencies. We transitioned the client to a microservices architecture, with each service deployed in Docker containers orchestrated via Kubernetes.

A machine learning engine, trained on historical delivery and traffic data, now generates dynamic route suggestions that adjust in real time.
